SAA, I have been on many long-haul business class seats (different airlines) and the SAA one is still my best in terms of comfort and also the special individual service/ attention one receives.

The jacks for the headphones are always a nightmare to find.
I also hate how the seatbelts tend to be stuck in between when moving from a reclining position to sitting.
